老师能详细介绍一下关于STM模拟这三个选项都是什么意思嘛？

哦哦，老师我想测试二维材料的话，一般选择衡高模式是不是就可以了？还有一个问题是距离样品表明多高算合适呀？我看vaspkit-example里关于石墨烯的例子有测试很多距离，从0.5-1.1，那么我到底该选择哪个距离下的STM图像呢？

关于使用 vaspkit 模拟 STM 中高度的设置和 xy 平面设置的建议：Please note that plane-wave codes like VASP will not accurately describe the exponential decay of the wave functions far away from the atoms, and wave functions may need to be extrapolated in order for STM simulations at large heights such as 7Å else it can show unphysical efects. Hence, we choose image height relatively close to surface. All the STM images are made at least 20Å long in the xy plane by repeating the primitive unit cell. 老师您好，我还想请教一下 VASP 最后计算生成的 PARCHG 文件和我选择什么样的泛函有关吗？比如我用PBE 和 HSE 算出来的 PARCHG 文件是否包含的信息一样？最后的 STM 一样不？
